Creative Executive.
Brand Builder.
Founder + Operator.
I build things.
For 23+ years, I’ve worked where creativity and business collide: building a creative company, launching consumer products, leading teams, growing brands, winning business, and turning ideas into things people actually care about.
⇩
Creative started it.
Building became the passion.
I started as a designer and animator because I loved making things. Eventually, I realized I was just as interested in building the thing behind the work.
So I built SPILLT.
What started as a creative company became a 15-year education in entrepreneurship with some of the most well known brands in the world. I built teams, pitched and won business, led major client relationships, managed budgets and operations, developed talent, and helped grow the company to $4.3M in annual revenue as a regional leader in Film & TV animation post studios.
Then I wanted to learn the other side of the equation:
What happens when you're not helping someone else build their brand—but you're responsible for the product, customer, manufacturing, marketing, sales, and bottom line yourself?
That led me into consumer products, startups, consulting, e-commerce, the outdoor industry, and ultimately companies like Milk x Whiskey, Parallel Sleep, and Man Shovel.
Today, I bring all of those experiences together.
I’m still a creative at heart.
I just think much bigger about what creativity can build.
Creative + Brand
Consumer insight, curiosity and instinct turned into positioning, brand strategy, storytelling and creative direction. Building brands around what people actually care about.
Business + Growth
New business, partnerships, client relationships, revenue and budgets. Connecting ambitious ideas with the business realities required to make them work.
Leadership + Teams
Building multidisciplinary teams around talented people, clear vision and real ownership. Set the direction, create the environment and let great people be great.
Product + Consumer
Finding real consumer problems and figuring out how to build something better. Taking products from early ideas and brand positioning through design, development, sourcing, manufacturing, pricing, e-commerce, marketing and sales.
The process requires thinking beyond the product itself: considering the customer, the market, the story, the economics and all the moving pieces required to turn an idea into something people actually want to buy.
Founder + Operator
Taking an idea from “what if?” through the considerably messier process of making it real. Finding the opportunity, building the vision, solving problems with limited resources and figuring things out along the way.
Entrepreneurship means wearing a lot of hats: creative, strategy, product, sales, operations and finance - and staying willing to adapt when reality inevitably has a different plan.
Built with Great Company
What’s Worth Building Next?
Creative Leadership. Brand. Product. Business. Partnerships. Entrepreneurship.
The next chapter is about bringing those experiences together—not choosing one and leaving the others behind.
That could mean helping lead an ambitious company, building or repositioning a brand, developing new products, working alongside founders, or taking on a challenge that doesn't fit neatly inside one department.
Good people. Ambitious ideas. Meaningful influence. Something worth building.
Building something? Let's talk.
